Overview
Starhill is the condominium project located in Chiang Mai, the north of Thailand. The project has the stunning views of Doi Suthep and Doi Khum. The project’s target group is young couples since the size of the rooms are not very large.
My role
to design the structure and interface of the website and work with client’s marketing team to define the uniqueness of the project.
Challenge
Since there are many real estate projects entering the area. Our team needs to work with the client to come up with the unique story telling that can catch the attention of the target group of customers.

Ideation
There are many criteria for the customers to make their decision on choosing their new residents. With the target group of young adults and young couples, we have found out that their lifestyles are one of the biggest reasons to make their decisions. That is the reason why we create the webpage which expresses the real experiences by the project’s existing neighbours so that it makes the new customers be able imagine lifestyles if they are to live in houses of the project; how and where they can spend their leisure time in the project.
Visual concept and interface design
The location of the condominium is able everyone to see beautiful mountains and clear sky at night. we desire to create the romantic vibe by using the concept ‚live among the stars‘ with the galaxy background and interactive circular orbit. As the location is close to the mountains, so there is no disturbing sunlight. It makes be able to see the stars. According to the location, it has inspired me to create the website with romantic colour tones and background with a graphic orbit that will be circling around while a user moves his/her mouse.
