The Gallery khaoyai

Overview

The Gallery Khao Yai is the real estate project located in the national park of Thailand. The project has the unique architecture style with a minimal and modern looking and with the use of high-quality materials that are well-represent the nature such as the use of bare cement walls in order to differentiate the style from the regular pattern like wooden buildings with a countryside style that has been popularly built before as this style is more suitable for older people which doesn’t answer the preferences of people in the new generations.

My role

To design the moods, tones, structures, and interface of the website. I had been collaborated with the client’s marketing team to define the uniqueness of the project as well as creating the new concept which can solve the customer’s pain point.

Challenge

Because the project located in the national park. Many projects in this area have a legally land problem. Also our client is the new real estate developer which have no reputation on this industry. so one of the ultimate goal of the project is to solve the trust issue.

Web flow

Since most of our customers are from Bangkok who live more than 100 kilometers far from the project, we created the live progress page that they can see the live video of the constuction to solve the problem.

Visual concept and Interface design

Pure, Finely, and Peaceful

we created the story background of the project that can uniquely deliver the message of ‚Masterpiece Living‘ through 3 keywords, which are Pure representing the purity with the combination of natural vibes, Finely representing the delicate workpieces created by craftsman, and Peaceful representing serenity and security of the project.

The use of cold-tuned palette and texture of the nature is applied on the interface design of the website which is well-represent the serenity of the project. Moreover, the website’s interface design is applied with the combination of handwritten typography and sans serif to create the contrast between finely material and modern architecture.
